A Self Healing Opportunity: The Healing Power of Intention, the Aura, Hara, and the Multi-Dimensional Assistance Team (MDAT) in action

This is my story of a self-healing opportunity. As a multidimensional healer, I have studied and worked with the human Aura for decades. I have become an expert in repairing the energetic structure of the Aura, also called the Human Energy Field. This includes working with the physical body, the Aura (chakras and the lines of light), the Hara (dimension of purpose and intention), and Past life healing.

This story demonstrates the healing power of the Aura, Hara, healing intention, and the Multi-Dimensional Assistance Team in action.

One day as I was possessed by the cleaning devil, I looked up at my ceiling fan covered in dust. With 10 minutes to spare until my client arrived, I took the chance and gave it a go. Moving a kitchen chair underneath the ceiling fan, I got the duster out and stretched as far as possible. Feeling it was a shaky situation, I ignored the warning sign of the unstable chair, and reaching for the outer edges of the blades I lost my balance. Falling over backward, I used my right arm to break the fall.  I landed on my backside and found my wrist and elbow were bent behind me in an awkward way.

Pulling my right arm out from under me, holding it in pain, I knew something had happened and was trying to assess the damage. Giving thanks for the fact that my arm was not broken, I realized my wrist hurt the most and the elbow and shoulder felt traumatized and weak. The light of pain had shot through like my arm like lightning. From the elbow down, my arm felt energetically detached and empty… The Hara line in my arm was gone! Then the phone rang, announcing my client’s arrival for her healing session.

Thankfully I was able to give a successful healing session despite my own trauma.

Later, I examined my arm in detail and found there were no torn ligaments or tendons, but all three joints involved; the wrist, elbow, and shoulder were stressed. The elbow joint seemed to be bruised on the inside and the muscles were sprained. The Hara line was void. (The Hara’s energetic structure is a level deeper than the Aura, it holds within itself the very reason why we have taken a body and come into physical incarnation this time around). The Hara connects through the center of the bones and is deeply supportive to the physical body and the purpose of our life. The small Chakras; those governing the joints, were dislodged at the wrist, elbow, and shoulder. The lines of light that travel up and down the arm were weak or missing.

With my HSP( higher sense perception), I could see into my Aura that I had fallen into a best-case scenario and my energetic structure had taken most of the hit. My physical structure was minimally affected as nothing was broken or torn. I gave thanks for my good fortune and accepted it as a healing opportunity.

No doubt years of Yoga practice, some regular dancing, and generally healthy eating habits helped save me from a more severe injury.

What now needed to happen was for the Hara line in my arm to be restored so that healing could begin. With a broken or missing Hara line, healing is more difficult and prolonged.

The healing sessions were layered and in stages. Right away, declaring a sacred healing space for myself, I gathered my multi-dimensional assistance team around me. I specifically asked for a Hara healing through my arm and for the restructuring of the elbow chakras. Giving thanks, I received the healing.

Resting in my bed, I felt my multi-dimensional assistance team move into place around me. I was relieved and excited to feel the Hara coming back into place as it connected down through my arm, wrist, hand, and fingers. Next, the elbow chakras were being put back into place by way of restructuring. Once again I was flooded with relief as my arm filled out energetically, even though pain surfaced from deep within as the healing progressed.

The evening of the incident, I winced in pain and cried as I tried to lift my arm. I could not reach my mouth or hold anything with my right hand. It did not move the way I wanted it to move.  Every task involving my hands was painfully difficult and some things just couldn’t be done.

For three days in a row, I worked and received healing for about an hour, to an hour and a half each time. Mobility in my arm increased every day so that by day four I was able to put my hair into a ponytail and eat with my right hand again.

As a healer, I am spared none of the personal details of the healing process. It helps me to see and understand the multiple aspects of trauma. As I had time to rest and think about the incident, the meaning of the missing and now reconstructed Hara in my arm became more significant.

The Hara’s energetic structure is a level deeper than the Aura. It holds within itself the very reason why we have taken a body and come into physical incarnation this time around. The Hara connects through the center of the bones, is deeply supportive to the physical body and the purpose of life. I thought about my life and what is ultimately important to me. What am I reaching for, what am I holding on to and what do I need to let go of? Working with the Hara initiates a deeper healing process, which poses questions of purpose and longing. The trauma itself becomes a teacher.

By day four, past life traumas began to be released through my hand, arm, and shoulder. A positive attitude helped me to stay present to the healing opportunity despite increasing pain. Grateful for my experience with healing past life trauma, I knew this pain to be temporary. Therefore, I was free to let the movie play out on my inner mind screen- without fear but allowing the physical sensations.

What most people don’t know is that past life pain acts on the physical body like “real pain,” from minor to extreme sensations. As I looked into my Aura, I saw a past life and then felt that my right hand had been cut off at the wrist. Was this the punishment for food I had stolen in another life? Had my hand been cut off in battle? All I saw was that it had been cut off. Viewing it with compassion, the sensation seceded for another one to rise. In this one, my right hand was being crushed. I felt the sensation rise over the course of a day as a leather strap wrapped around my right hand, where the metatarsals and the fingers join, got tighter and tighter. I was holding on and being pulled by a large force, a runaway horse? I witnessed my hand slowly being crushed and hurting badly as the past life memory was released.  Watching with interest and compassion, I allowed the healing to take place as waves of pain exited my hand, followed by a soothing warmth. This one took about two days to move through.

Next, the shoulder. There had been a tight spot underneath my right shoulder blade in what seemed to be forever. I had almost forgotten about it until it arose sharply from the depth of my shoulder, pointed and metal-like. It plagued me throughout a fitful night as it was rising through the levels of the field into physical awareness. I had been stabbed in the back, possibly in battle and while it did not kill me, it sure hurt like hell. Looking at myself in the mirror that morning before showering, my shoulder looked limp and detached. I spent several healing sessions on this particular past life event, witnessing and forgiving it with loving compassion. It was more difficult to move my arm that day and extending it was challenging. Opening the door to my office with my key was painful and pulling on my sweats in the evening made me wince and cuss in four-letter words. I had to remind myself to be patient with my own healing.

A week after the fall, I still had some weakness in my right arm, rotations and extensions were restricted and painful. That night taking a bath, I found a big bruise on the inside of my elbow.  Not surprising. My wrist went through yet another healing wave but this time more physical. It had been a positive and relatively trauma-free healing.

There was a pain but without suffering. Appreciating the beauty, wisdom, and healing intelligence of the Human Aura more than ever I marvel at the energetic structure and how it helps to heal the physical body. I am sure, without my healing skills and the assistance of my multi-dimensional assistance team, my arm would have been in a sling for months. I am deeply grateful for this healing opportunity.
